Natalie Pierre

Founder & CEO

Natalie is a Reiki Master Teacher and Azure Light Grand Master with over 15 years of experience in the healing arts. Her journey has spanned a wide range of modalities, including a background in the Health and Human Services field as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Clinical Supervisor, as well as deep, intuitive work as a Reiki and Azure Light Practitioner.

She is passionate about embodying what’s possible when one takes personal responsibility for their own health and wellness. Her greatest joy comes from sharing innovative, cutting-edge technologies that empower individuals to connect with their divinity and experience the profound magic of self-sourced healing.

With a heart-centered mission to support the collective rise in consciousness, she warmly invites others to embark on the path of self-discovery.

Michelle Russell

Co-Founder

Michelle is deeply curious about what motivates human behavior and belief. She approaches the world through the lens of compassion and intuitive insight, taking the time to truly listen to others’ stories in order to better understand their unique experiences. This natural ability to connect with people has been a guiding force throughout her personal relationships and professional endeavors.

With a diverse background spanning corporate, private, and non-profit sectors, she has held roles in business development and client services. In addition, she is a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor, firmly grounded in the belief that recovery is possible for everyone—whether from substance use or any life challenge.

Her passion lies in supporting individuals on their healing journey. She thrives on creative problem-solving and holds a deep respect for the inner strength and resilience within each person. She believes that we all possess the innate wisdom to understand ourselves and the capacity to heal—mind, body, and spirit—when given the right resources.
